Hidden Symptoms of Anxiety
Anxiety is not always easy to spot, and sometimes it's presented as symptoms that aren’t as well known as others.

Through illustration, this campaign aims to raise awareness and open conversations about some of the hidden symptoms of Anxiety.
Vision changes
Eyesight can appear blurry, object sizes may seem too big or too small. Eye flashes, floaters and ‘vision snow’ have also been reported. 
Derealization
The feeling of being ‘high’ or in a dream-like state. Surroundings and people may look different.
Intense Dreams
Anxiety and stress can cause nightmares and restless sleep. You may wake up in a panic or with very tense muscles.
Fluctuating emotions
Feelings of irritability, sadness, frustration and anger.
